    Our goal is to process all withdrawal requests received before 1pm EST on the same day. Withdrawals received after 1pm AEST will be processed the next day. While this will largely depend on the receiving bank you use, in general it may take 1-2 business days for local transfers and 3-5 days for international transfers to have your funds reflected in your account balance

  • can you help me update my account details

    Of course. Please send an email to support@hirose-fxsvip.com and we will update your account information for you. Please note that if you are updating your address details, we need a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your new address

  • How to change your password

    You can change your login details, including your password, through the client terminal, or you can do the same on your MetaTrader 5 trading platform. Click Tools > Options and look for the Servers tab. You can click the Change button to change your Master Password or Investor Password

  • I lost my password, can you help me reset it

    Of course. The client terminal will provide the necessary steps to recover your trading account password. Send your full name, date of birth and address to support@hirose-fxsvip.com so we can reset it. For security reasons, you will need to provide some personal details to help verify your account
